Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of these terms and conditions the 'Company' refers to 'Trailer Training' and the 'Student' refers to the person undertaking the training.

Bookings

1. A booking can only be classified as a confirmed booking once the following has been received by the Company:
   1. The full name of the Student
   2. A course deposit of £215.00
   3. The driving licence number of the Student
   4. The email address of the Student
2. When booking, a time and location for the training will be agreed, confirmed via email and must be adhered to.
3. When booking, matters which affect ability or entitlement of the Student to undergo training must be advised.

Tuition

1. Tuition is only available to persons who meet the following criteria:
   1. Is aged 17 years or over
   2. Holds a valid UK driving licence
   3. Is legally entitled to drive in the UK

Driving Standard

1. In the case that I do not consider that the driving standard of a Student to be of a sufficient level for the test, I reserve the right to refuse the use of the Company's equipment to take the test. In such instances no refund will be due to the Student.

Cancellation

1. If the Student or the Company wish to cancel a booked course then a minimum notice of cancellation must be given as follows:
   1. Trailer Towing courses - a minimum of 4 weeks. If less than 4 weeks' notice is given the deposit paid by the Student becomes non-refundable.
   2. Caravan Towing courses - a minimum of 14 days. If less than 14 days notice is given the Student will be charged the full cost of the course.
2. If any course is cancelled by the Company due to any unforeseen circumstances, a replacement course will be arranged as soon as possible at a date and time agreed by the Student and the Company.
